1. Decision support
RegInspect helps professional firms organise compliance work and evidence. It does not provide legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice, act as a regulator, or guarantee an inspection outcome. Readiness Scores show the recorded inputs and cannot prove that every obligation has been met.
2. Human accountability
The firm and its accountable professionals remain responsible for client acceptance, due diligence, risk decisions, suspicious-activity reports and regulatory submissions. Review the original evidence, applicable rules and professional advice before acting.
3. AI and screening
Generated text can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Screening can produce false positives and false negatives. Verify names, context, sources and dates; record a reasoned human decision rather than treating a match or generated recommendation as conclusive.
4. Supported data sources
The service supports direct entry, CSV/spreadsheet import and specific service providers described in the provider list. It does not offer outbound accounting, CRM, mailbox, calendar or practice-management connectors. The former integration EULA does not authorise connection to removed services.
5. Relationship with other terms
This notice explains product limitations. It does not reduce non-excludable legal rights or override an expressly agreed contractual commitment. Read it with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and DPA.
