1. Permitted use
Use RegInspect for the subscribing firm’s authorised compliance activities, with accurate and lawfully obtained information. Comply with applicable law, your professional obligations and the service agreement.
2. Prohibited conduct
Do not access another tenant’s data, share accounts, bypass controls, introduce malware, disrupt availability, scrape restricted information, attempt unauthorised testing, infringe intellectual-property rights, resell access without permission or use the service for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, harassment or fraud.
3. Sensitive records and AI
Limit uploads and prompts to information necessary for the approved task. Restrict SAR and other confidential records to authorised people. Do not treat AI output or a screening match as a verified fact or an instruction to make a regulatory report. Apply accountable human review.
4. Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access as described in the Terms. Report misuse through our contact route without sending unnecessary personal data. Good-faith reporting does not authorise intrusive testing or access beyond your own permissions.
